Jacks Creek CabinRental Agreement Payments via cashiers check,Visa, Mastercard or
Discover. There is a $200 deposit required to make a reservation. The
full balance, including tax and cleaning fee is due seven (7) days prior to your arrival. There is a $500 security/damage deposit. These
funds are authorized by your bank, placed on hold, but not charged to your credit card. If the following
provisions are met, the security/damage funds are released within seven (7) days of your departure:
- No damage is done to the home or its contents.
- No linens or household items are missing.
- No early check-in or late check-out (without authorization).
- Keys for both the house and spa have been left on the kitchen table.
- The
house has not been smoked in.
Cancellations and Refunds: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is made
at least 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival. At
the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened
stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

Rental Agreement
Upon receiving your $200 deposit by cash or credit card, a copy of your driver’s license,
and a signed and dated copy of this rental agreement, a rental confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you.
Once
we receive full payment for your reservation, we will mail you area information, directions and a key to open the doors.
