Welcome.  When you arrive, the house will be clean and set up with linens and as a courtesy we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:

• Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, paper towels, and napkins
• Dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap and softener

This is a non-cigarette smoking home.  Please smoke outdoors on the decks.  Chairs and ashtrays provided.  Cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property.  If you do smoke in the home additional cleaning will be necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and linens.  The cost of which will be deducted from your security deposit.

The outdoor spa is provided for the enjoyment of adult guests.  Please keep children away from the spa and the spa covered unless there is constant adult supervision.  If there is a chain and lock on the cover, you can find a key hanging on the wall in the laundry room.  There is no need to lock the spa and no real need to lock the doors during your stay.  Upon your departure, please set the Spa to Economy Mode and use the green chain to lock the cover to the spa.  Place the keys on the kitchen table.

Note: Jet nozzles are pressure adjustable by turning clockwise and counter.  They are also eazily removed for cleaning.  If a jet nozzle pops out of its housing, gently place it back with mild pressure and turn it clockwise.

Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM ET.  There is only a 4 hour window to completely clean, disinfect and set up for the next guests.  Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early.

Check-out time is no later than 12 noon ET the day you are scheduled to leave.  We must be able to enter the home at 12:00 PM.

Checkout procedures:  At checkout, all dishes should be put in the dishwasher and

it should be turned on.  Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillow cases left on.
